Getting in Rhithm

Now that you've logged in, click "Get in Rhithm" and then choose "Get myself in Rhithm" to begin a Rhithm check-in.

If your teacher has started a check-in for you, you'll see a notification and the name of the check-in instead.

The Rhithm check-in

While completing the check-in, you'll be asked how you are feeling in a few different ways, including in your head, how much energy you have, how your emotions feel, how your body feels, and how you feel socially. Select the emoji that is closest to how you're feeling.

If you'd like to see a list of all the question and answer options, click here!

Your school may also have turned on the option to add comments for each question. If so, you can type directly in the box before clicking the "Next" arrow.

Rhithm video activities

After you've checked in, you'll receive a video activity based on how you're feeling. Activities may include doing some breathing, moving your body, or listening to a quick lesson.

After watching a video, you can also click the "Next" or "Previous" buttons to receive additional videos or go back to the one you just watched.

๐Ÿ’ก Have a favorite video? You can search for it and watch it at any time by clicking "Toolkit" on the left side of the screen.
