Welcome to Rhithm! 👋
Follow the steps below to learn more about Rhithm check-ins, how you can use Rhithm data to improve your class's readiness to learn, and the library of activities available for you and your students.
Getting in Rhithm
Now that you and your students have logged in to Rhithm, you can click "Get in Rhithm" to send a check-in to your class or complete one yourself.
During a live session, you'll see your students' check-in data populate in real time. After completing a check-in, participants will receive a recommended 1-3 minute video activity based on their responses. More information on starting, ending, and customizing sessions is available here. We have a compilation of optional resources for helping introduce your students to Rhithm available here, including explanatory slide decks, lesson plans, and printable posters.
💡 Pro tip: Schedule sessions in advance if you know when you'd like to use Rhithm with your students -- you can even schedule recurring sessions!
Exploring your data dashboard
Once students have completed their check-ins, your dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of how regulated your classes are, as well as the ability to explore student responses.
More information on navigating your dashboard and exploring data is available here.
The Tempo Score for a student or class provides a summary of their general readiness to learn based on check-in responses.
> 90 - Regulated and ready to learn
70-90 - Regulated with room to improve
< 70 - Higher level of dysregulation and lower level of learning readiness
Regulated students will either receive a video focusing on a key social-emotional well-being lesson or concept or a key regulation practice to build healthy wellness habits.
Dysregulated students will receive a video activity after their check-in to support regulation in the moment. You can also use the Rhithm toolkit (see below) to find additional activities based on your students' or class's needs.

The Rhithm toolkit
In addition to a video activity playing after a check-in is completed, you can also access our entire library of activities at any time by clicking "Toolkit".
From here, you can browse for videos based on your students' needs, their learning levels, and other criteria. More information on the Rhithm Toolkit is available here!
