If your students get in Rhithm daily or on certain days of the week, you can create a schedule of check-ins by creating a single recurring event! Pre-scheduling check-ins has a few benefits, including:
Access to a live session dashboard to watch your students' data populate in real-time without needing to initiate a live session every day
Students receive a notification that there is a check-in ready for them
Session-level data is created at the school and district level

First, click "Events" on the left-hand menu, then click "Schedule" in the top right-hand corner. You'll be asked to choose which assessment you'd like to schedule.
If your school or class uses the standard 5-question check-in, choose "Get in Rhithm Essential"
If your school or class uses the simplified 2-question assessment, choose "Get in Rhithm - Simple - 2 Questions"
Next, give your schedule a name and choose which classes or students will receive the check-in. You can also create separate check-ins for different classes.
Choose a start and end date/time for the first check-in, then click "Repeat this event" to make it a recurring event. You'll choose the frequency (daily, weekly on M-F, monthly, etc.) and the date for the recurring event to stop.
Once you click save you'll see your schedule of check-ins on your calendar! You can click any event to edit or delete it.
