How to file a support ticket via the Admin dashboard?

If you encounter any problems or have questions about your Securly account and the web filtering solution, you can contact our support team directly via the dashboard. Our global support team is always standing by to answer your question quickly.

To file a ticket

  1. Log in to your Securly account
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard
  3. Click on the File a Ticket link

4. a.If Outlook is setup as your default emailing option, a new message window will automatically open with the Securly support email inserted.

4. b.If you use any other emailing option, a pop-up will be launched that allows you the select the same.

5. The email will be a sent to the Securly support team and a ticket filed with us.
