To file a ticket
- Log in to your Securly account.
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Click on All systems operational, in the drop-down click 'Need help? Let us know'.
- Click on '+Add' on the left side of the screen and a new ticket screen is displayed.
4. a.If Outlook is set up as your default emailing option, a new message window will automatically open with the Securly support email inserted.
4. b. If you use any other emailing option, a pop-up will be launched that allows you to select the same.
5. An email will be sent to the Securly support team and a ticket will be filed with us.
