Why am I not seeing the test email under the Aware Activity tab?

When you sign up for Aware, the system sends a test email as a sample of the kind of emails that are flagged by the Aware. Sometimes this test email, though sent by the system, is not displayed under Aware Activity.

This problem may arise if the student email ID provided in Step 3 of the Setup Wizard does not belong to the OU for which the Aware is set up and the routing option is not configured for it.
