How do I prevent access to Crosh on Chromebooks?

Crosh is a Chrome Command Shell environment similar to Command Prompt on Windows or Terminal in macOS devices, which allows the user to execute commands directly from ChromeOS. It is recommended that you block students from using Crosh.

To do this, simply log in to your Google Workspace account and navigate to Devices > Chrome > Settings > User & browser settings. Here scroll down to User experience > Disabled system features and select the checkbox for Crosh.
