How do I approve a guest denied entry by the Visitor app?

When a guest approaches the front desk staff for assistance because the app has denied them entry for being on the sex offender list, the front desk staff can make an exception to the denial. 

To do this, on the Visitor page in the web app, find the denied entry and click the word Denied under the Status column. 


You will be displayed the sex offender list entry that matches the guest. To override this match, click ‘Not a match’ and add the reason for the exception in the subsequent pop-up. Also, select an alternative reason for the visit and proceed with check-in.
