Parent roster management
This feature simplifies the management of parent data for admins by providing them easy access to adding, editing, and deleting existing parent information. Admins can now add/edit parent information and student-parent mapping manually, one parent at a time, without having to worry about uploading the whole CSV again. Note that uploading a new CSV will override existing entries and start a new mapping. Additionally, they can pause/unpause student devices directly from the Safety Console, and have it override any pause/unpause rules set by the parents.
