Yes, admins can unpause all or specific devices during and after school hours even if they are paused by parents. However, devices cannot be unpaused outside of school hours if they are paused due to the offline schedules set by parents. The parents’ rules will take precedence at that time.
The exception windows set up under Global Settings > Set exception window for out-of-school policies are considered as school hours for this purpose. If exception windows are reduced or extended for any specific days, it will impact the admin’s ability to unpause student devices during that period.
